As member of the Certified Senders Alliance your emails will no longer be tagged as spam by the accepting ISP - CSA whitelisted emails are delivered directly into the inbox of the user. Only there at the individual level can filters be effective through personal modifications.

This approach saves resources both for internet service providers and for bulk mailers.
The reason for the cooperation between eco e.V., the German ISPA & Association of the German Internet Industry, and the German Direct Marketing Association e.V., DDV, is to both provide the white list project with the support of the internet economy as well as the support of the direct marketers. The DDV recommends to their members to participate in the project and provides two members to the admission and complaint committee panel of four. The service is free of charge for ISPs and Technology Partners.
